What we believe.

FBC Judsonia affirms and agrees with all that comprises the Baptist Faith and Message.  Below is a short summary of core beliefs. 

  • The Scriptures: The Bible is divinely inspired, without mixture of error, and serves as the supreme standard for all human conduct and creeds.
  • God: There is one living and true God, eternally existing as a Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • Man: Humanity was created in God's image but fell into sin, bringing inherited guilt and death upon all mankind.
  • Salvation: Redemption is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior through personal repentance and faith. It is entirely a work of God's grace, not human works.
  • Evangelism and Missions: It is the duty and privilege of every follower of Christ to endeavor to make disciples of all nations.
  • Marriage is the foundational institution of human society, defined exclusively as the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment. It includes complementary roles for husbands and wives, and establishes children (from the moment of conception) as a blessing from God.
